This is ultimately a skirmish in a much larger battle, one that will eventually end at the Supreme Court. Nevertheless, this ruling is a great victory for all freedom loving patriots across the country.
Edit: After listening to Mark Levin today, apparently only the individual mandate was struck down. Still, it is a great start. Hopefully the Supreme Court will throw out the rest.
