Two days ago on Christmas eve, Major Philip Wise, accompanied by his three children, returned to a Salvation Army community center to get his wife and head on over to his mom's house for Christmas. However, when Mr. Wise arrived he was attacked by two men who demanded money before shooting and killing him. His wife, Major Cindy Wise, who was present in the building at the time, called 911, but it was too late.
To anyone who may happen to read this, please remember this family in your thoughts and prayers. Loss of material possessions can always be mended, but a good husband and father is irreplaceable. May God watch over and protect them.
